  Booked the room over a month in advance, paid for 2 queen beds. When we arrived we received a room with one full bed for 4 people. Hotel refused to change the room since they were full and had apparently sold our room to another party. Management was rude and spoke derogatorily about Travelocity and that it was our fault for booking through them. Said we got whatever was left. Internet was intermitent in the room, though good elsewhere in the hotel. Free breakfast was cereal, juice, limited fruit, and bread. Maintenance guy at pool was rude. To top it off, our car's rear window was shot out while parked at the hotel, which required a 3 hr trip to/from Alburquerque to fix. Bad experience all around for Hyatt Place Santa Fe....   Read More
