Blueberry Sky Farm Winery, Buffalo

This winery, operated by Don and Rosalind Heinert and their four children, is located on a 70-acre blueberry farm in southern Chautauqua County. They produce high-quality wines in their winery kitchen; 90-percent of their wines are organic. They specialize in sweet and dry fruit wines, including blackberry, cranberry, strawberry and, of course, blueberry. Other wines include cherry, dandelion, elderberry, honey, peach, plum and rhubarb. They even produce several flavored cooking wines, including garlic, jalapeño and tomato. From mid-July through September, organic blueberries are available for picking.
