My Tomato Pie, located in the Northtown Plaza, are known for their fried green tomato appetizer. For example, green tomatoes are coated in cornmeal, lightly fried, and served with roasted red peppers and ranch dipping sauce. Other appetizers include Mama Rose's stuffed peppers, stuffed mushrooms, and bruschetta pizza bread. Lunch entrees include a variety of sandwiches and wraps, including foccacia sandwiches and paninis. Dinner entrees include pasta dishes, like spaghetti and cheese ravioli, as well as chicken marsala and eggplant parm.
