There is definitely something seductive about this Lower East Side spot. It is red, plush and shiny, complete with faux-stone, gothic-mirrored archways, cushy vinyl booths, and bizarre artwork placed throughout the bar. Barramundi is conveniently located right next door to the alternative performance space Collective Unconscious, so you can take in a show and then come here for a ginger martini or a strong margarita. There is also a lovely backyard garden. Happy hour is from 6pm-9pm, daily.
