  We went to the hotel restaurant for breakfast. When we went in, the buffet style food was set up, but the hostess was in the back. We waited about seven minutes before she appeared and charged us $18 each. When she went to seat us, all available window and middle tables had dirty table clothes and had not yet been replaced. She then cleaned one for us so we could sit by the window. After getting our food, we discovered that the eggs, pancakes, and meat items were cold. It was then that we realized that the flame under each pan had been extinguished. So basically we paid $18 for a continental breakfast that is free at many hotels. We will be making several trips to NYC over the next year, but we will not stay at the Bentley again....   Read More
