One of renowned chef Kurt Gutenbrunner’s stable of restaurants, Blaue Gans is a stylish resto-bar that serves wholesome Teutonic cuisine, which seems to delight New York City’s German expatriates. The restaurant is adorned with retro art and film posters and even has a row of wooden geese in its window as a part of its décor.
