Overview

Chef and owner Daniel Boulud is famous for his fine French cuisine with a twist, so make your reservations here well in advance. Chef Andrew Carmellini runs the kitchen, putting out such fine dishes as ceviche of scallops and oysters. Try the seasonal market choices and exotic favorites from around the world. There is a reasonably priced three-course prix fixe dinner. Delicious food, outstanding service and ambiance like this cannot be had for less in New York. For a more haute cuisine experience, try Boulud's signature Restaurant Daniel.
