Caffe Falai, New York

Not bad for a cafe in New York with a chandelier hanging from its ceiling! The exorbitant light fixture however is wasted because of the white tiling used on the walls, which gives it a kind of clinical vibe. The service at Caffe Falai is not that prompt but at least the orders don't get messed up. Serving mainly Italian food, expect to see a lot of people from the same culture dining here. Others are not discouraged however, so don't back away from the place. The strong point here is the food and more importantly, the panini. Go for it and end it with one of their many pastries.
