This red and cream colored structure attracts people of all ages. It has amateurs and professionals vying for the coveted intellectual chess winner's position. It is built on the large rock that was once known as the Kinderberg. Children are taught the basics of the game here. Chess sets can be carried into the park or borrowed from the Center on the basis of a valid photo ID. Founded in 1952, this park offers a great way to relax while playing a challenging game.
