Chom Chom is a popular stop for authentic sake and soju in New York. Sake is a Japanese liquor while Soju is Korean. Chom Chom presents home-made Soju, and Makgeolli- a traditional rice wine prepared by Korean farmers. The Yukikage Tokubetsu Junmai  is a traditional Japanese Sake with an apple flavor that is worth trying out. The happy hour menu has cocktails made from sake and soju and includes creations like Bokbunja Martini with Soju, ginger, lemon and raspberry liquor. It has a very tangy fruity flavor. The Soju Sangria is traditional Sangria made with Soju. The accompanying food comprises of Kapas or Korean Tapas traditional Kimchee, Japchae and Tuna. Chom Chom is a good place to explore Korean cuisine and drinks with knowledgeable staff who suggest some great drinks. The atmosphere is also casual and friendly.
