Cilantro, New York

This Southwestern American restaurant is a happy place, with outdoor seating and numerous frozen margaritas, daiquiris and pina coladas issuing forth from a busy bar. Food is available at the bar, but the bartender is perhaps best known for the 25 different types of margaritas he concocts. Every once in a while, people here will turn their attention to the food, which is not bad. Fajitas and the famous steak, shrimp, chicken, vegetables, seafood paella, blue corn enchiladas and chile relleno are popular entrees. At Cilantro, you can relax in the outdoor garden and sidewalk seating.
