Prospective students of New York University who are looking for a true taste of campus culture should skip the dorms and libraries and visit Dojo West instead. It is unlikely that anyone will graduate from the school without eating at this ridiculously cheap, funky Asian-influenced restaurant. It serves plenty of vegetarian fare, and the conversation is always intense. Nearby, its sister restaurant Dojo East caters to a similar clientele. The eatery accepts only cash.
