Dovetail shot to fame soon after it was established, because of its amazing food. The interiors of this place are not showy but tasteful and put one at ease. Head to the lower floor if you're looking for privacy and a little solitude. As for the cuisine served here, The "Lamb's Tongue" and "Stout Braised Beef " are recommended for foodies who don't mind experimenting a little. Among the seafood the the oysters and scallops are delicious. 'Vermont Butter Bijou' is one of those melt-in-your-mouth treats one can indulge in. Although the prices might a be a bit too steep, the food is definitely worth the money.
