This sunny, Upper West Side restaurant serves a wide array of classic Indian dishes including many grills and breads which are prepared in the restaurant's traditional earthen oven called a tandoor. The menu at Earthen Oven offers a large selection of these succulent tandoori meat, poultry, fish and vegetarian dishes like salmon tikka, lamb cheshma and basil chicken tikka, which are usually consumed with classic Indian breads like tandoori rotis or nans and are often accompanied with a curry like dal takda or channa pindi.
