Overview
Employees Only gives out a vibe that is essentially speakeasy. The main attraction though is the bar, a fantastically curved structure, topped with brass and warmed by a steel-grilled fire place. The cocktails are creatively mixed from infusions like lavender-scented gin and vermouth tinged with herbes de Provence. Also try the hand-cut Steak Tartare, which apparently gives the Kobe Steak a run for its money!
