Built in 1928, Ethel Barrymore Theater was named after actress Ethel Barrymore whose children, Ethel Barrymore Colt and John Drew Colt, made their debuts here. Complete with a golden interior and contrasting rich red furnishings, the theater is aesthetically lovely. The Ethel Barrymore mainly shows plays and features musicals once in a while. It can accommodate over 1000 people at a time. Ideal for both small-scale musicals and large dramatic shows, the theater hosts both with great aplomb.
