The logo of Florencia 13 is a dubious looking mustache donning a hat and sunglasses, but there's nothing sinister about this joint named after a Los Angeles gang. The places is filled with a slew of work by California-based artists and West Coast decor in this tiny brick spot on Sullivan Street. F13 is family-run and serves up a great selection of Chicano delights, like Avocado Salad and Fish Tacos. Booze-wise, F13 offers some of the best Margaritas in the city, and there's a daily happy hour. Seating can be tight, but it's worth it.
