The orange Mud Trucks have been a rage in the city when they came out on the streets to serve coffee at affordable prices. The mobile coffee shop promised much more than the plush cafes around the city, and grew to become one of the best brand names! Of course, the purpose of the new concept coffee shops wasn't forgotten. Light fare to go with frothy coffee-muffins, salads, sandwiches-presented as a visual treat are surely tempting. A casual setting in the absolutely modest setting thematically matching the name Mud Spot. The polite waiting staff and the soulful music make it a relaxing experience. The two other Mud Trucks are at Sheridan Square and Astor Place.
