The National Underground is a music venue featuring live acts and performances by local artists and bands (mostly rock and blues). Yes, its focus is music but it is not a dance club nor does it have a dance floor. The two-level building houses various performance spaces with a stage and high-tech sound equipment, but most importantly it has a cool bar that offers cheap drinks and a lounge-style seating area.
