At Riingo, located inside The Alex, Chef Jimmy Lappalainen presents classical European techniques with global dishes to create a New American menu that is sure to please everyone. On the menu, you'll find Beer Braised Short Ribs, Maple Roasted Chicken and Tagliatelle with Oxtail Ragu. In addition, the lunch menu offers great salad and sandwich options, as well as the signature Riingo Burger with applewood smoked bacon and white cheddar. For dinner, a nightly specials menu offers added options including a ten-hour Braised Beef Brisket or Lobster Gratinee. The bar and lounge offers happy hour Monday-Friday from 5-8pm featuring a selection of wine, beer and cocktails. And not to forget that their great breakfast that is served daily as well as brunch served on both Saturday and Sundays.
