Overview

This restaurant is fairly new to the Theater district in Hell's Kitchen, but has in no time gained a lot of popularity and become a local favorite. The interiors are basic and unpretentious, and the major forte undoubtedly remains the food. Although the cuisine is essentially Vietnamese, you can see nuances of Chinese, Indian as well as Thai cooking in it. Try the traditional Pho, Sautéed Saigon Noodles with shrimps and Sautéed Chicken with Vietnamese style ginger honey sauce. There is a list of cocktails, sakes and wines to complement the never-ending menu.
