Smoke Jazz and Supper Club, New York

Started around 1999, when the previously famous Augie's Jazz Bar closed its door, Smoke Jazz and Supper Club is more of a tribute to the former. Initially starting off purely as a venue for good Jazz, this place now has also incorporated a fine restaurant. So, now the patrons can not only enjoy good music but also great food along with it. With emphasis made on individual attention to each present, the capacity of this place is barely over fifty. A subdued ambiance makes for a romantic atmosphere. Enjoy a treat of coq au vin with a glass of wine as you witness some really wondrous acoustic performances. With so much to offer, this place has earned its well-deserved popularity and hence it's needless to say, reservation for a table is highly recommended.
