Overview

Tadka, as the name suggests is the perfect seasoning to the restaurants in the Manhattan area. A new star in the Chola group owned by Shiva Natarajan, this place is uber cool and chic along with traditional Indian interiors. If you want a taste of heaven, sample some of the delicious fare put out here with a distinct North Indian flavor. Try the tantalizing 'kalmi kabab' or spicy 'tawa chicken', or combine a plain 'paratha' to go with 'chicken tikka masala'. All this on a platter and that too affordable, which makes it worth the visit.
