This small restaurant/bierkeller focuses on the cuisine, art and culture of both contemporary Holland and Denmark, hence the name "Today". Basically, they use sustainable ingredients from the Hudson Valley and inject a little Dutch and Danish creativity to the East Village. They also focus on providing the freshest baked goods and micro-brews and without a doubt you will find Aquavit and Genever on the menu as well. For late night excursions, they also have a wurstelstand that innovates on the traditional New York dog, with choices such as minced pork and sausage, boudin blanc and of course all-beef.
