The Hilton Charlotte Center City follows in a long line of upscale business hotels in Charlotte. Geared toward corporate travelers, the hotel includes a business center and large meeting space. With its location in Uptown Charlotte, it offers scenic views of the Charlotte skyline and outer lying areas, and is close to major attractions. But since this is an Uptown hotel, you'll have to pay to park ($18 for self park). The rooms have recently been redone in purple themes. It looks good, but can be a bit overwhelming if you don't like purple. The beds are quite comfortable, and the guest rooms nicely decorated and have flat screen TVs.
