Brick, 15 story building, centrally located in the heart of downtown; walking distance to attractions.
Clean, non-fussy, business-like and comfortable—the Hampton Inn delivers what it promises, and the complimentary hot breakfast with scrambled eggs takes the need to hunt for food out of the morning’s equation. This allows more time for a visit to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Great Lakes Science Center, both within an easy walk. The Theater and Warehouse districts and Fourth Street Corridor are around the corner on Euclid Avenue. Basically, you could park here and not use your car again. The downside is that hotel parking is $15 for self-parking, $18 for valet. On the weekends, when Cleveland’s business scene has left the city for the ‘burbs, consider scouting out free on-street parking. As we’d suggest in any city, don’t leave anything of value visible in the car. For rooms with a view, ask for an even number on the 18th floor, although the Federal Building blocks the view of the lake. Sorry.
