Nighttown, Cleveland

University Circle's Nighttown operates as both an upscale restaurant and a jazz club. The show prices vary between free and significant cover charges, so customers would be well-advised to check ahead of time. Both the décor and the food are tinged with Irish pub flavor, but have more to offer. The house specialties are the Dublin Lawyer, lobster sauteed in cayenne butter, and Bangers & Mash. But there is more worldly fusion fare, such as the Louisiana salad with Cajun chicken or Halloumi kebobs, with sheep and goat's milk cheese and vegetables.
