Nuevo Acapulco, Cleveland

Nuevo Acapulco is an Americanized Mexican restaurant in North Olmsted, just west of Cleveland. It's somewhat hidden away, located in a Days Inn. The menu is divided into several different sections for a variety of tastes: chicken, shrimp, vegetarian, fajita, burrito, and more. Vegetarian specials include a potato chimichanga or the Burrito Acapulco, filled with onions, peppers, mushrooms, and more. Featured specials include poblano rellenos, peppers stuffed with muenster cheese or taquitos rancheros: deep-fried tortillas with beef, parmesan cheese, and guacamole.
