Paladar Latin Kitchen & Rum Bar, Cleveland

Nuevo Latino food is a fusion of Latin American cuisine with American and European influences. The Paladar Latin Kitchen and Rum Bar opened in 2007 to great fanfare and has been a busy hub of Nuevo Latino fare ever since. Their menu includes traditional Latin American food—called "Latin Comfort Food"—as well as seafood and steaks. Vegetarians may have a difficult time at dinner, except for the Panko Crusted Vegetable Relleno, but the lunch menu includes several salads and other veggie options. There is also a rum bar with a happy hour between 3p-7p, and a variety of appetizers and desserts from which to choose.
