Wild Ginger China Bistro, Cleveland

Brooklyn's Wild Ginger China Bistro may be labeled as being from "China," but its menu includes a much wider variety of east Asian dishes such as sushi or Thai entrées. Wild Ginger has a wide range of traditional sushi, such as raw seafood in nigiri or sashimi with tuna, yellow tail, or eel, and larger maki rolls like the unagi roll with eel, cucumber, and avocado, or the Wild Ginger with shrimp, asparagus, avocado, and crab. Wild Ginger offers a range of Chinese styles of cooking, including Cantonese, Szechwan, and Hunan, like moo goo gai pan or Mongolian beef.
