Overview
For almost a century and a quarter this watering hole has been making every day "Turkey Day" in Downtown. Established in 1879, the bar is said to be Portland's oldest. The heavy, dark-wood tables are reminiscent of an Old World tavern. The menu has also expanded, but turkey is still the main attraction. Cooked up every way imaginable, Thanksgiving dinner is never out of season here. Full bar service is available. Do not forget to pick up a few interesting T-Shirts and memorabilia from the venue before leaving.
