White Eagle Saloon , Portland

This industrial age saloon has been a Portland landmark since 1905. While live music continues to play, a twist has been added. Now, if customers feel like indulging in cocktails or the famous McMenamins ales, they can consider renting a room for the night. The 11 remodeled guest rooms (with original porcelain sinks) rent for an unbelievably cheap rate per night; however, that does mean that you might encounter some of Portland's interesting spirits of its past. The extensive pub menu features the Reuben, McMenamins American Dip and many other delicious entrees and sides. Sidle up to the old-time bar and order a pitcher of brew, or get a Mason jar of beer to bring home!
