Housed in the very old styled Ritz-Carlton Philadelphia, 10 Arts is a concept by Eric Ripert and it features contemporary American cuisines with a focus on use of local organic products. The menu is a nice blend of fish, meats and vegetables and the presentation is excellent with the food served in fancy bone china plates.
