Renowned chef and proprietor Susanna Foo has seen her fusion brand of Chinese and French cooking elevate her establishment into the elite of Philadelphia restaurants. In fact, Foo won an award in 1997 for the Mid-Atlantic Region's best chef. The entrees that result are unique. Asian sauces applied to traditionally French entrées like pheasant typify many of the menu items.
