For several years, chef Christos Malacrinos cooked traditional Grecian cuisine for Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy Onassis onboard the yacht, Christina. These days Malacrinos is serving the same dishes at his downtown restaurant. Diners favor the Moussaka, Spanakopita and lamb kabobs. Make sure you save room for Christos' special dessert, ekmek. The dessert, which was created for Onassis, is a white cake topped with honey, custard, cinnamon and whipped cream.
