  I will never recommend this hotel to anyone ,some of the staff was very rude,valet parking was horrible. The bellman left our bags outside unattended for at least 15mins. didn't get our belongings to our room until about half an hour later were they sat unattended in the lobby. We had to keep calling the front desk for someone to bring them up. All the money we paid for 2 night for a 1bedroom suite with no toilet paper and dirty drinking glasses,Old TV's even the rink- dink hotels have flat screen.....I think we were stereotyped when we entered the hotel.just because we are African American. when i address the guest manager of the way we were treat it was if she was making an excuse for the way some of her staff acted towards us by saying these are people from all over that work here.and i respond that i been working customer service for years and i don't care were your from always be polite and professional which most of them weren't..... The entire hotel is smoke free which i can under stand they say you can smoke outside in the court yard ,yeah right!!! and they lock it up early..I would never and when i say never i mean never stay at this hotel again..........   Read More
