If diners are smart, they won't become too attached to anything on the Girasole menu. The Shadyside eatery likes to keep things fresh by constantly changing the selections with the seasons; even the desserts change daily. There are a few permanent selections (such as the spinach and ricotta ravioli and the potato gnocchi), and diners can be assured the menu will offer pasta and fresh fish. No reservations are taken, which makes things interesting since the restaurant is very tiny and located on the basement level. Free delivery is available to the surrounding neighborhoods.
