Restaurant owner and chef, David Montanez was influenced by his native Mexico City culture and brought with him the flavors and cooking style of the region. The traditional Mexican portion of the menu features five different marinading techniques. The marinades range from sweet and tangy to spicy hot flavors for your choice of meat or seafood.
