Overview

Technique is a student-run restaurant which is managed and operated by the university of Le Cordon Bleu. Situated on the eighteenth floor of the university building, the restaurant serves some delicious American dishes and a good collection of drinks to go with. The students, who are aspiring chefs, do a great job at cooking as well as presenting the dishes on the menu. The menu keeps changing periodically, so keep updated on the same. Private events can be hosted at the venue, call ahead and get in touch with the management for more information.
