Overview

Located in the original carriage house of the grand Wentworth Mansion completed in 1887 (now a luxurious bed and breakfast), Circa 1886 features contemporary cuisine influenced by Charleston's colorful history. Creative Chef Marc Collins offers a wonderful dining experience that includes Carolina Crab Cake Souffle and Atlantic Pot-au-feu. He changes his menu often with seasonal produce and local seafood. Along with other culinary awards, it received Four Stars by the 2008 Mobil Travel Guide. If one is fortunate enough to stay at Wentworth Mansion, guests are treated to a sumptuous breakfast at the restaurant. Open for dinner. - Natasha Lawrence
