El Cerro Grande, Myrtle Beach

El Cerro Grande is the best Mexican restaurant in the Myrtle Beach area, winner of the "Mexican Restaurant of the Year" award from the Myrtle Beach Herald. The menu offers standard Mexican fare, such as burritos, fajitas, frijoles, quesadillas and chimichangas. Served hot, the food is always fresh and the cheese is used sparingly and doesn't smother the dish. The salsa is a specialty, it's both chunky and flavorful. El Cerro Grande is a fairly large restaurant so the wait is never excessive. It's colorful and clean atmosphere is only made better by excellent service. There are three locations on the Grand Strand.
