  Not all of the schnitzel's are breaded. Ed must have ordered the pork jaeger schnitzel. So, he does not know what he is talking about. Get your facts straight ED. It is pork loin pounded out and served hunter's style with a brown sauce and mushrooms. Schweine Schnitzel is breaded and served with a lemon wedge. The German chef does know what he is doing. You wouldn't bread something that a sauce is going to be served over, it would get all pasty. Dah......   Read More

  NOT VERY GOOD. GERMAN CHEF DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SCHNITZEL MEANS. HE SERVED US PORK SCHNITZEL THAT WAS NOTHING MORE THAN A PIECE OF PORK MARINATED IN A SAUCE. NO BREADING AND IT WAS NOT TENDERIZED. WE SENT IT BACK AND ASKED FOR THE REAL SCHNITZEL. IT CAME BACK WITH THE BREAD CRUMBS, BU NOT TENDERIZED. I GOT SICK FROM IT THE VERY NEXT DAY. NOT GOOD....   Read More
