Music and art influence every aspect of House of Blues and each area of the venue has a unique personality. Over 600 pieces of "out-sider" art make House of Blues one of the largest folk art museums. The restaurant serves a variety of Southern-delta inspired dishes including Jambalaya and BBQ Baby Back Ribs.
