The service is excellent and the establishment welcomes regulars like they're part of the family. If you're new to Cajun food and don't know what to order go for the House Sampler. You'll get a reasonable portion of all of the regular menu items including Gumbo, Crawfish Etouffee, Shrimp Creole, Red Beans and Rice, cornbread and your choice of side according to availability. If they're serving turnip greens on the day you visit, go for it, they're fantastic! In addition to their regular menu items, Bros also offers a Cajun special of the day and a full catering menu with party planning.
