If you are extremely health conscious or a light eater, Prime Cut is not the restaurant for you. This place is all about beef, and lots of it. The largest steak in the house is a whopping 28 ounces, but it's not recommended for a beginner. Start with something more manageable, like the eight-ounce rib-eye or six-ounce filet mignon. Add baked potato and garden salad, and you have an outstanding meal. Texas toast, enormous slices of bread toasted with butter and spices, is served with every meal and is unlimited.
