Agave Azul is a new Mexican restaurant in the Historic Carrollton Downtown. The food is traditional Tex-Mex with tacos, enchiladas, and fajitas.  Everything you could love in a restaurant of this choice. The tasty food is matched by their authentic margaritas.  These made-by-hand concoctions make anyone a favorite of Agave Azul.  Having a hard time choosing from the variety? Try the mango frozen margarita.  You taste the tequila but it's not overwhelming. The mango leaves a sweet taste on your tongue.  Bet you can't have just one! The restaurants petite size may get busy on weekends so come early or expect to wait.
