Chef Scott Gottlich has outdone himself with his prix fixe and chef's tasting menus. The prix fixe offers either three or five courses or the chef's tasting with wine accompaniment. Examples of delicacies to be tasted include Plugra Poached Lobster Salad, Hudson Valley Foie Gras, Wild Striped Bass, Dusted Venison Rack, Passion Fruit Ravioli or Goat Cheese and Concord Grape Strudel. The entire staff is accommodating, friendly and well versed on the menu. The chef's wife is the sommelier and she chooses the wine with care, while Chef Gottlich often makes the rounds to visit with each table.
