Awful place, My car was vendalized along with three other cars on the night of May 12th 2011. Windows of all the cars were smashed and damage was dont to its door pillars also. GPS and other items from my cars were stolen from my car even i hided GPS in my golve box, only i left charging cable for it in the cigratee lighter from which thifes guessed there there might be GPS in there. I am really shocked by the incident and now going thoough the pain of dealing with the car insurance companies and police. Though my car was parked close to the main entrance of the Hotel. It has really shocked me, i also reported it to farmers branch police department. Front desk people were saying that they are not aware of this incident, how someone can break windows of 4 cars without they even notice, they probably gave a deaf ear to that happening? There are shady people hanging around near the main entrance of the Hotel and playing ball games and noticing hotel guests and their belongings in front of the Hotels. I am even afraid to carry my laptop from the hotel to the car and will be checking out tomorrow morning on May 15th, 2011. I would strongly advise you to stay away from this hotel if you want to have a peace of mind. Further more its Rooms are having bad odour, dirtly hallways and disgusting carpets, to get rid of some odour i tried opening the window of my room but could not as it was sealed. I also cannot leave the door open as i dont feel secure here. There is a group of students and other folks staying here who were lying down on the hallways and hanging around. Manager is very non cooperative and discourtious. Complementry Breakfast not provided at this hotel and there is an expensive resturent attached to it. I normally take only cerial in breakfast therefore i bought it and a bottle of milk, i was assuming that there will be referigrator in the room otherwise i will request one. But manager told that they dont have any and they also cannot put it my room as they are out of stock out of limited ones and can out me on the waiting list, i requested her that i have bought the milk so please put it at your front desks refrigrator but she refused bluntly and asked that it is not allowed. When she went away after her hours, i requested other staff and she was kind enought to put it at the front desk's room referigrator.
