Owner Susie Priorie and chefs Gilbert Garza and Russell Hodges present a menu of new American culinary delights. Suze attracts neighborhood regulars several nights a week. The casual interior is soothing, with lace curtains to filter the evening's fading light. Specialties include Roast Duck Risotto, Pork Chop rubbed with red curry spices and Trout Almandine with a crust of ground-toasted almonds. The salads include warm spinach salad with mushrooms, bacon and Gorgonzola or Suze's house salad with toasted hazelnuts and blue cheese.
