Tei An, Dallas

Dallas is always heavily saturated with new culinary dishes. and rarely does something truly unique come along. Tei An achieves uniqueness by focusing almost exclusively on Japanese buckwheat noodles known as soba. Soba is a delicacy that might be found in LA or New York, but rarely anywhere else. The relaxing zen environment compels you to begin with sake and appetizers, such as pickled fresh bonito and slices of pressed mullet roe.
